PAYMENTS/REFUNDS

                -Full payment must be issued before I start the image.

                -I’ll send invoices out after accepting your commission. Anything received outside of invoices will be considered a gift, tip or donation.

                -I only accept Paypal USD.

                -If you aren’t able to pay in full right away, I do allow up to a week from the first payment to receive the second payment. After that and payment is still not made in full, your spot will be forfeited over and you will be issued a full refund of what you paid.

                -I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If at some point in time I do not feel like I can do your commission justice I will issue a refund. Please do not take offense, I’d rather not provide a sub-par piece to my commissioner and walk away with their money.

                - Refunds won’t be given if the piece is completed no exceptions.

                - Refunds are only allowed for Chibi’s. Lined work and up. I do not accept refunds for Sketched Commissions, I do apologize.

If I haven’t started your commission you will be issued a full refund. If I have started you will only get half of the payment back, I understand things happen but I also need to be compensated for what I have done.

                -Knowing payments are sent via paypal as well as people can force refunds. If you cancel payment without telling/speaking with me about it you terminate any future services with me. I will also speak with paypal and have the money returned if I’ve done the work already. You also no longer have rights to the image due to it not being paid for (since you tried pulling a fast one). I hold all rights and can refuse/edit the image however I please. I will not use your character design specifically, because I have respect for someone else’s creation but the pose will be repurposed.

EDITS AND CHANGES

                -You may request a change up to two (2) times before I no longer accept them. This doesn’t include mistakes on my end (ex. I forgot markings/horns etc)

                - You MAY NOT edit or trace the commissioned piece or contact another artist to do so.

                - You MAY colour lineart or sketches yourself. You may not commission another artist to do it for you. You must also make a clear link to the original and credit me for the primary sketch/line work.

TO THE CLIENT

                -You may repost your commission as long as a proper credit is given. You may also use the piece for avatars or banners. But you cannot repost the full HD image without my signature and link back to my page or submission.

                -You may not commission nsfw pieces of others characters WITHOUT the original owner’s consent.

                -You may not create copies, prints or other merchandise with the intent to sell or profit. All merchandise created for the client should be personal use only.

                -LET ME KNOW BEFOREHAND IF YOUR NEED YOUR COMMISSION BY A CERTAIN DATE. Don’t wait until last minute. If we didn’t agree beforehand to a due date, pestering me every day/hour about your commission is a nono. Asking weekly or once in a while for an update is fine! Asking every day/hour makes me push the piece back further/not have the energy or want to work on it, which could lead to me dropping your commission all together.

                -PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFOREHAND if you want your commission to remain private. I have no issues with retaining your privacy.

                -You have the right to issue takedown notices of images posted without your consent or my own.

                -If confused about some of my “do’s” and “don’ts” feel free to ask me about it!

                -Please understand commissions are not first come first serve. I enjoy drawing certain things and sometimes I have to decline for simple fact that I don’t feel comfortable drawing what you’ve requested or I don’t feel I could do it justice. Please don’t take offense.

TO THE ARTIST

    -I own all copyrights of the commission. I reserve the right to copy, refuse, reproduce the image for self-promotion and sales. Even with that being said I WILL NOT reproduce your commission with intent to sell or profit.

    -I have up to a month to complete your commission starting from the date payment was received in full. This does not include unseen events (ex: Hospitalization, Hurricanes/Power Outages etc) Of course I will keep all commissioners informed of my situation via tumblr posts!

                -I reserve the right to refuse a commission under any circumstances.

                -I will not hand out the sai./psd. Files I do apologize but you will get a full HD emailed piece.

                -I don’t mind streaming someone’s commission. Understand I have a job that has me working from 10pm-6am.  Streaming will only happen early mornings but no later than 12pm due to me going to bed by 1pm for my next shift.

We have power after 6 days without. Accessed damage in my room-
The sun room section between my room and the living room filled with water [we assumed there was a drain since WHY HAVE IT IN FUCKING FLORIDA IF THERE IS NO DRAIN?????] but there wasn't so it spilled into the living room we were dealing with that. My room got water covered about half the room before I noticed to go in there for a candle for the living room. Due to sharing a wall with the sun room it seeped into the wall and into my room/closet. 

Damaged: Box spring, Dresser, floors.
Mildly: Bunch of towels and clothing that is currently getting washed.

I saved my desktop in time before the water reached it thankgod. 
It's been hot and miserable. Everyone in our complex had power 48 hrs after the storm hit we and 4 other houses didn't have diddly until just about an hourish ago. 
We've also been sharing our store with our sister stores until their power comes back on but annoyingly they talk shit about me and my roommate an stated how dirty we are yet once we started cleaning and got them to stay the fuck out of our way the store actually LOOKED clean.

bleh later this week- like next thurs or friday. I'll open up some commissions to assist in catching up on bills and paying for damages to my stuff x____x
Oh and food because everything we had spoiled or was eaten and we're broke, hungry college kids that are finally cooling off infront of a fan.
I still feel extremely dizzy from all this heat and discomfort. I know Im dehydrated but despite drinking some water earlier my condition hasn't improved so there is that for pushing commissions to later next week.

Irma wasn't shit just Duke Energy is a terrible company with responding to matters like so. [FPL and the other power company of Orlando] had a higher outage then Duke and got a lot of their customers up and running a good portion day 1 and 2. Of course not counting EXTREMELY damaged areas that need to be accessed/saved but shit. Oh when also nicely calling and asking if the reason we don't have power is if we have worse damage or something the support for duke told me "you should of had a back up plan. If you have a heatstroke it's your fault" SO YEA FUCK DUKE ENERGY LOLOL.  

Oh my nana is also okay. She told me a tree fell into the yard but that was the most damage she got. Which I figured would be as much despite being on nearish to the beach her house has withstood a hell of a lot worse storms and flooding.

Okay Im done babbling night yall.

HEY! Welp I suck at posting and updating since I always feel I have to post finished work. 
I'll get better on that, here is some life updates!

I started over night maybe three weeks ago at my job? I now work 10pm-6am every morning and only have technically ONE official day off??
It's been a rough adjustment but I've worked on it hard so I can get some arting in. I'll be updating a bit more when we come back from Otakon!
Yupp attending Otakon with my roommates so~ no cosplay though, probably next year.

I have some wips/working on pictures just losing a lot of energy from work and emotional stress @ ~ @
Hopefully things workout cause I'm just soooo done.

So after some death threats due to reasons of why I left to begin with. It's been what a solid two years now? I'm back an proud to create artwork under this name again.
I've taken these two years to grow and find myself in the process. It's a big step to come back when I was also half tempted to leave the other name an never return all together.
The journey has been tough, my living situation has improved. I am graduated from school that turned out to be not what I needed? The experience was nice but it was a slight
set back imo.

Anywho Im back and feeling better then ever, I cannot wait to get back into art with more force. I also have a side project in the works with a few party members. We'll present it
accordingly when the time comes. In the mean time. I'm back and I'm chasing dreams in 2017.
